Return Timeframes and Conditions
The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the simulator has not been used beyond mere operational checking. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Manufacturer Warranty
All our 360° VR simulators come with a 2-year warranty on mechanical and structural components, and 1 year on electronic components. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear.
